Legacy Roofing & Solar

In 2018 Legacy Roofing & Solar in Mattoon, IL and Dimensional Growth, LLC started their partnership together. Through a recommendation made by a local bank executive, Kayleb Burritt of Legacy Roofing & Solar reached out to Joe Radloff of Dimensional Growth seeking to improve and move his company from their current state to a state of high performance. What followed from the original meeting between Kayleb and Joe developed into the high performance journey for Legacy Roofing & Solar.

For the next three and half years Legacy Roofing & Solar and Dimensional Growth developed a business partnership built on openness, faith and trust. It all began with a the Dimensional Growth's 4P's of High Performance assessment and the building of a business and strategic plan that would move Legacy forward in its high performance journey. With the business and strategic plan developed it was now time to begin the implementation of the plans. 


Dimensional Growth provided leadership, consulting, training, mentoring and coaching to the entire Legacy team during the implementation phase moving Legacy forward in its high performance journey. The development and implentation of standard operating processes have helped move the Leagcy organization to become more productive in areas of the business. Since 2018 Legacy Roofing & Solar has seen record growth in sales and has expanded their business by opening up an office in the Florida market. 

Kayleb and Joe continue their business relationship to this day that was built on openness, faith and trust back in 2018. 

Klein's Chimney Sweep

In 2018 Rod Kneller purchased Klein's Chimney Sweep from Jim Klein. Jim was the proud owner of Klein's Chimney Sweep for years. Since purchasing Klein's Chimney Sweep in 2018, Rod has developed his business into a full chimney sweep service that includes cleaning, insert installation, chimney cap replacement, chimney repairs, tuck pointing repairs along with an exceptional customer service experience. 


In 2022 Rod's son Jude joined the family business. Since them they have developed a vision to move Klein's Chimney Sweep to the next level in exceptional customer service experience, organization, productivity and profitability. Rod reached out Joe Radloff of Dimensional Growth seeking to improve is company from its current state to a state of high performance. After meeting with Rod and Jude and completing a high performance assessment on their business, recommendations and plans were developed for improved overall business organization, improved sales and expense tracking, and development of a business strategy that moves Klein's Chimney Sweep to the next level. After Rod and Joe met in early 2023, those plans are currently being implemented and should be in place during the first half of 2023 before the busy 2023 fall season. 


The partnership between Rod and Joe is built on trust, commitment and communication and character.
